Harmony

  • Harmony with the following elements is essential for Good Health.
    • Nature, SOUL, WILL, Consciousness, Ego, Reason, Mind (Emotions), Senses, Motor organs, Desire/Aversion, Pleasure/Pain, TRUTHs
    • Please observe each element, analyze, dwell on, read, ask, research, experiment, and decide for yourself who you are.
    • Strive for Harmony; perfect harmony is very hard or impossible; but striving for it does give the delight of trying and might give some insights about yourself.
