• Sleep is essential for the restoration of body and mind, exhausted from events, which occurred during the state of wakefulness.

• Considering approximately 1/3 of our life is spent sleeping, we do not know enough, we do not dwell enough, we do not have enough research data about this immensely important function.

• Please observe your sleep-wake cycle, dwell on, read, ask, research, experiment, and decide for yourself what works best for you.
